Firefox is looking to catch people’s interest once again as they have announced two features under its Test Pilot experiment program.

The first update is called Firefox Color and it lets you customize parts of your Firefox browser page such as icons, background, text, and the toolbar. Firefox Color also provides a lineup of pre-installed color themes.

The second (and the more notable) feature is Side View, and this allows you to view two of your current tabs side by side. According to the press release by Mozilla, “Side View is a great tool for comparison shopping, allowing you to easily scope the best deals on flights or home appliances, and eliminating the need to switch between two separate web pages.”

Firefox’s Test Pilot program, since its launch, has become the browser’s sandbox for new experiments and features to further evolve and improve upon Mozilla Firefox.
