Lexar launches a new flash drive that has fingerprint sensor

Lexar revealed its first USB 3.0 flash drive which includes an extra layer of security that will help users to protect their documents.

The new JumpDrive F35 has a 20.50mm of width, 64.38mm of length, and 7.80mm of height with 22.5 grams. The flash drive has four versions which are 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage that can read up to 150MB per second. The operating temperature starts with 0 °  up to 70 ° Celsius and the storage temperature starts with -25° up to 85° Celsius. With the user of 256-bit AES encryption, files will be protected. The fingerprint sensor allows a maximum of 10 fingerprint IDs in less than 1 second. It will not also need a software driver to run.

The first version of the new JumpDrive F35 32GB is now available for pre-orders on Amazon with a starting price of $33. The 64GB starts with $50, the 128GB is $90, and the 256GB is $170 which is confirmed that will be arriving soon.
