Microsoft plans to bring Google Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa to Xbox One because of the limited abilities of Cortana, the company’s virtual assistant for Windows 10.

The Xbox One, the 8th generation home video game console that was created by Microsoft, will be updated for its development. This plan will help the company because according to Windows Central, Kinect, a line motion sensing input devices made by the company for Xbox and PC has already died, so Microsoft didn’t have another device for its replacement.

The support of Google Assistant and Alexa will help Microsoft in its improvement of Xbox One. The upgraded Xbox One will have a new digital assistants section, which directs the users to enable Alexa, Google Assistant, and Cortana.

Microsoft has not yet announced the official date of release of this new update for Xbox One. The company also did not give information about this matter.
