Panasonic announced the updates about the Lumix LX100, a premium compact camera which is one of the widest lenses in a large sensor camera.
Panasonic’s Lumix Premium Compact Camera DMC-LX100 has 4.52 inch wide, 2.61 inch in height, and 2.17 inch depth with 351 grams. The camera has 12.8MP with a sensor of 4/3-type High Sensitivity MOS. The lens has an aperture of F1.7 with 3.1x optical zoom, a 4.3x extra optical zoom, a 6.2x intelligent zoom, and a maximum of 4x in digital zoom. The lens also includes LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMILUX/11 and Power O.I.S. The Lion battery pack has 1065 mAh. The features of the camera have an incredible dynamic range, fast with a wide lens, and improve image for the quality of the picture. Users can also manually control the camera which has a classic camera design that comes with 4K video.
The company confirmed that it will be available in October this year and the price starts at $999.99.
