Qualcomm unveils its upgraded Snapdragon chipset that will run to 5G smartphone

Qualcomm revealed the new Snapdragon 855 chipset and it will be used in Android flagship phones that will launch next year.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chip will have a 7nm chip that is smaller than the latest Snapdragon with a 10nm chipsets. According to the report of TechRadar, Qualcomm’s tease about the user’s camera will boost because of the new chipset. It is created to help users in processing their images and videos. The company will also launch 3D Sonic sensor which has been working on an in-screen fingerprint sensor solution and it is expected to be used in the first half of 2019. The new chipset is expected to have 3x performance than the latest model.

The smartphone that will have the upgraded Snapdragon 855 are Samsung Galaxy S10 with the expected Galaxy S10 Plus, Sony Xperia XZ4, LG G8, OnePlus 7, Moto Z4, and the ZTE Axon 10.
