Growth in Commercial Cloud: Azure cloud platform revenue grew by 29%, which was the main driver of the 24% increase in commercial cloud revenue to $31.8 billion. This increase was largely facilitated by Azure AI services, with machine learning, bot, and cognitive services being especially important.

Unified Generative AI Architecture: Microsoft has shown its commitment to generative AI adoption by committing to a shared, uniform generative AI architecture across all business divisions and products. Enterprise software purchasers’ profit from this cohesive strategy.

Microsoft Edge Growth: With the incorporation of Bing Chat’s conversational AI capabilities increasing user engagement, Microsoft Edge has increased in market share for 10 consecutive quarters. Research, however, indicates that Edge may not have gained market share because of Bing Chat.
