Alienware M18 series from Dell. Dell, a US-based technology company, launched the new Alienware M18, as well as next-generation Inspiron laptop PCs, in India on Tuesday (April 11). The Dell Alienware M18 was first revealed earlier this year at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 in Las Vegas. The new M18 features a 165Hz QHD display with Dynamic Display Switching science and technology, as well as G-SYNC and FreeSync support. All are strengthened by structural changes both inside and out, resulting in a stronger and more robust chassis.  The new M18 also has a 14% larger screen, a full HD webcam, a full-sized keyboard, and an extensive pad with optional CHERRY MX mechanical keys, and dual user-replaceable DDR5 SO-DIMM slots.

In terms of storage capacity, the organisation provides up to 9TB of total storage. It includes a 13th Generation Intel Core i9-13980HX processor as well as the whole stack of next-generation NVID GeForce RTX Laptop GPUs, as well as next-generation AMD Ryzen processors and Radeon graphics.

Element 31 thermal interface material is used on both the CPU and the GPU in the M18. It offers a 35% improvement in thermal performance with the Vapour chamber. It has seven heat pipes (up from four on m17) to transport thermal energy into expanded copper fins, resulting in a greater than 114% increase in surface area. It has four fans with ultra-thin turbine blades that enhance airflow by 25%. The Dell Alienware x16 R1 series includes a 240Hz QHD+ display with NVIDIA Advanced Optimus and G-SYNC technology.

It has a 6-speaker system with two up-firing tweeters for clarity and a dual woofer layout for powerful bass. x16 features 100 micro-LEDs on the rear panel and is the first Alienware laptop with new AlienFX Scanner, Loop, and Rainbow lighting upgrades, in addition to the greatest AlienFX experience. Alienware’s HyperEfficient Voltage Regulation technology is also included in the laptop, which can regulate graphics voltage up to 12-phases for sustained performance over long gaming sessions. As noted in the headline, Dell is also releasing a new Inspiron 16 series. It will be available in two models: Inspiron 16 and Inspiron 16 2-in-1.

As noted previously, Dell is also releasing a new Inspiron 16 series. It will be available in two models: Inspiron 16 and Inspiron 16 2-in-1. A 4K Ultra HD+ display is featured on the hybrid Inspiron 16 2-in-1 model. It includes a 360-degree hinge that allows for four different modes. Owners may go from conventional laptop to tent mode, as well as stand or use it as a tablet using a simple flip gesture.

Both Inspiron models include sophisticated 13th Generation Intel Core CPUs and LPDDR5 memory, which offers faster performance and lag-free app switching. Furthermore, the ExpressCharge technology guarantees the devices may charge up to 80% of their batteries in one hour. They also have an Intel Thunderbolt 4 interface and can transfer data and connect to external displays at fast speeds. They also have Wi-Fi 6e support.

They also have Dolby Atmos spatial sound reinforcement and up-firing or quad-firing speakers with front-firing speakers (only available in 2-in-1). To enhance the video call experience, the laptops contain an FHD WDR and TNR quality camera. The Dell Alienware m18 costs Rs 3,59,990, while the Alienware x16 R1 costs Rs 3,79,990. The Inspiron 16 and 16 2-in-1 laptops, on the other hand, start at Rs 77,990 and Rs 96,990, respectively.
