Gmail has a new feature similar to that of Twitter. The users can now mention people’s names in Gmail using ‘@’ at the email body and it will automatically be added to your recipients.

The users can tag a name by typing ‘@’ or ‘+’ and will shown the suggested contacts inside the email body.

This new feature is not yet available in Gmail’s Android or iOS and can only be used in the web.

The new version of Gmail is already available and the users can switch their settings to select the new feature.
