The first picture in the screenshot has a headline of “For Facebook Employees”, which means the product is exclusively for employees only. It is to test the app’s bugs and confusing UI. This experiment is said to be completely voluntary and employment will not affect.

Users will have to sign-up using WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. They can also manage their privacy settings and turn on their location.
