Facebook is reportedly testing a new feature

Facebook planned to add a new feature that will give an option for all users to cancel their message on its Messenger.

According to the post of Jane Manchun Wong on Twitter, Facebook is currently working on its “Unsend Message” in Messenger app for everyone. Messenger will have options, whether the user wants to unsend their message or delete it. The upcoming feature will help all users in cancelling their message to their friends. When a user selects the “Unsend Message” feature to a specific message, it will be removed from the chat. It will show an option when a user needs to confirm or cancel the request. Jane Wong added that the new feature will be accessible after a certain amount of times.

TechCrunch said that a spokesperson of the company confirmed that “Facebook internally tests products and features before they ship to the public so we can ensure the quality of the experience.”
