Galaxy AI Features Coming to Other Samsung Devices

Samsung  has announced that it will expand its Galaxy AI capabilities to more devices, including tablets. Currently only available on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, these features will be accessible on other Galaxy devices through a new OneUI 6.1 system update that will be rolled out by the end of March.

According to TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile Experience Business at Samsung Electronics, “Our goal with Galaxy AI is not only to pioneer a new era of mobile AI but also to empower users by making AI more accessible.” The company aims to bring the Galaxy AI experience to over 100 million Galaxy users by the end of 2024.

Galaxy AI Features

  • Chat Assist: Enhance your messaging experience with AI-powered suggestions and quick replies.
  • Live Translate for Calls: Real-time language translation during phone calls.
  • Interpreter: Seamlessly translate text or speech across languages.
  • Circle to Search: A gesture-driven feature that allows you to search by drawing a circle on the screen.
  • Note Assist: AI assistance for note-taking and organization.
  • Browser Assist: Smart suggestions and shortcuts while browsing.
  • Transcript Assist: Automatically transcribe audio recordings.
  • Generative Edit: AI-powered media editing tools for creative content.
  • Edit Suggestion: Smart recommendations for photo and video editing.
  • Instant Slow-mo: Create slow-motion videos effortlessly.
