Google introduces new feature for its Calendar

Yesterday, Google officially announced the new feature that is called a meeting time in Google Calendar which helps user to organize their schedule.

According to the blog post of G Suite Updates, the new feature will help users to rescheduling their meetings in a short period of time. Guests who are invited to a meeting have the access to request a new time and the organizer can easily check and accept the time proposals with just one click. Guests also have four options to respond to a meeting. These are “Yes”, “No”, “Maybe”, and the new “Propose a new time” with an “Add Note” caption beside it. They can send an optional message to the organizer to know their availability.

The “Propose a new time” new feature is available on the web and it will launch on August 13 for mobile phones. It runs to all G suite editions and with Microsoft Exchange.
