Google Maps upcoming new feature will help users to prevent a high speeding, accident, and receiving speed ticketing when it comes to driving.
The new Google Maps speed limit feature will let users, especially drivers to see the post speed limit of the location they are driving. Google Maps will start showing the car speed which is located at the lower left of the screen. According to the report of Mashable, speed traps will have a small camera icon and it is visible area of the map. The app will notify drivers when they are approaching a speed trap by an audio warning.
Mashable added that they confirmed that the speed limit and speed camera feature are starting to roll out for both Android and iOS devices. The speed cameras will be posted in the UK, US, Australia, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, India, and Indonesia while the speed limit will post in the US, UK, and Denmark.
