Pixel phone’s users have now a new option when their smartphone is broken because Google gave them a service that repairs Pixel phones.
According to the report of Android Police, the repair service for Pixel phones that Google offers are no longer under warranty period. Users will have to download the Google Store app because the new feature as been added to it, which is the “Repair Center. The user also has an option which is an in-house mail-in repair, where Google is the one who will fix their phone.
The main page of the Repair Center has its four steps which are Selecting the device, Damage, Repair Option, and Terms. The Damage selection includes audio problem, battery life problem, flashlight problem, other screen problem, sensor problem, back camera problem, charging port problem, front camera problem, phone call problem, a software problem, back cover problem, cracked screen, network problem, a power problem, and water damage.
The update is exclusively available in the US for now. Google has not yet announced the release date of the new service for other countries.
