Google releases a messaging feature to its Maps

According to a blog post by Aditya Tendulkar, Google’s Product Manager, the new feature is sending messages to a business will let users to ask questions and order without having a phone call.

The new feature will give users to give an access to messaging a specific location with a shop such as Bakery, dress shop, coffee shop, book store, and other retail business shop. The messages that have been sent by the users are located in the Business Profile in the Google Maps apps side menu for both Android and iOS devices. The first messaging feature in the app will also help businesses to have more customers. Business will need to download the new Google My Business app to accept or decline messages from their customers. The new feature and app will help both customers and business to keep in touch.
