How to get Uber receipts?
If you have the Uber app installed on your smartphone, you can easily get a receipt for a completed ride on Uber and this is quite a straightforward process. The process is the same for an Android or an iOS device.
To get an Uber receipt, follow the steps mentioned as follows. Firstly, open the Uber app on your phone. Head over to the section called ‘Activity’ and select the right for which you want to get a receipt. Once you click on the specific ride for which you want to generate a receipt, select the ‘receipt’ button and this will show all the details of the trip. The details will also include a breakdown of the bill and the mode of payment. This can be quickly downloaded from the same page.
Now if you want to receive this receipt through email, click on the ‘resend email’ button. On the app you can only share the receipt with the registered email ID. Now that you have received the receipt in the email, you can share it with anybody else.
These are the steps that you can follow to generate a receipt and then share it through email which can further be shared with anybody else.
