Kyocera upgrades its DuraForce PRO Rugged smartphone with a Sapphire shield

Kyocera introduced the profoundly durable and virtually unstoppable DuraForce PRO 2 with the ultimate all-in-one rugged smartphone.

The new Kyocera DuraForce PRO 2 has a 5.91 inch FHD with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and Sapphire Shield screen display. The smartphone runs with Android 8 Oreo and includes a SDM630 Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The PRO 2 has a 2.2 GHz x 1.8 GHz octa core CPU. The storage has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of ROM that includes a microSDX memory card slot that can be expanded up to 512GB. The rear camera has 13MP while the front-facing camera has 5MP. The camera features have underwater mode, continuous shooting, panorama, scene Select, auto scene detect, color effects, slow motion, and time lapse. The non-removable lithium battery ion has the capacity of 3240mAh.

The new smartphone is exclusively available in Verizon with a starting price of $444.00 or $18.50 monthly in 2 years. The available color is Black.
