Following the launch of Lava Blaze 5G last year, the homegrown smartphone maker has now confirmed the unveiling of Lava Blaze Pro 5G in India soon. President and Business Head at Lava International Limited Sunil Raina announced the launch of Lava’s upcoming 5G smartphone.

Sunil Raina tweeted, “Coming soon BlazePro5G. Lava Blaze 5G made 5G technology accessible to the masses, and with your incredible support it was also awarded as the Best Smartphone of the Year. Thank you. This festive season we have lined up some amazing launches that will bring 5G smartphones within everyone’s reach.”

Additionally, a tech geek and tipster also shared an image of the upcoming Lava Blaze Pro 5G — in which, the camera modules can be seen on the back panel. Further, the tipster also hinted that Lava Blaze Pro 5G will be launched under Rs 15,000.

However, there is no confirmed information regarding the specifications and features of the phone yet.

As per the leaked information, it is expected that the Lava Blaze Pro 5G will feature a 50MP AI-based triple camera setup along with an LED flash for the enhanced capabilities. The image also hints that the SIM card tray will be placed on the left side of the handset. The power button and volume control panels are expected to be placed on the other side of the phone.

However, the previous launch of the Lava series, vanilla model Lava Blaze 5G, featured a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1600 X 720 pixels. The vanilla model of the series came with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device also features MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, built on a 7nm process. Apart from that, the device features a 50 MP primary camera, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro sensor and it is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 10W charging support.

Meanwhile, the 4G variant of the Lava Blaze Pro is priced at Rs 10,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage. The handset features a 6.5-inch 2.5D curved IPS display with HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Lava Blaze Pro is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 SoC and packs a 5,000mAh battery.
