Pioneer has debuted three new in-dash receiver models, the AVIC-W8400NEX, -W6400NEX, and -W4400NEX, all of which support both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Wireless. The new models are the product of Pioneer’s partnership with JVCKenwood. The units both support Siri and Google Assistant, and can be connected to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay either wireless or via USB.
The models can also be connected to control your other smart devices, such as doors, lights and other home appliances. The flagship unit, the AVIC-W8400NEX retails for $1,200, the AVIC-W6400NEX for $800 and the AVH-W4400NEX for $700. All three units are currently available for purchase.
