According to three recent listings posted on their site, Spotify is looking to hire an operations manager, a project manager, and a senior project manager for hardware products, confirming rumors of their planned launch of physical products, possibly speakers or headphones to further suit its services.

Previous listings on the site included developing a product “akin to Pebble Watch, Amazon Echo, and Snap Spectacles” that mentions voice control in its features. Currently, Spotify usually relies on third-party products and devices to stream their music service using Spotify Connect. Speakers or any audio device would be the most logical step for a music streaming software, especially one as popular as Spotify.

The operations manager will oversee sectors such as distribution, customer service and logistics for the developed product. The senior project manager will manage the project delivery and collaborate with suppliers while the project manager (for hardware production & engineering) will handle the overall project execution. All three positions will be located in Stockholm, Sweden. Several news outlets have reached out to inquire but Spotify has declined to comment regarding the postings.

As of January 2018, Spotify has over 70 million subscribers and has beat out Apple Music to become the world’s most popular streaming service.
