Welcome to the second part of Top 10 Netflix Non-English TV shows, as per the Global Top 10 charts of Netflix this week. In Part 1, we uncovered the last five shows of the list. Here, we will discuss the shows which secured the Top 5 spots of the list.

 

5. Iron Reign: Season 1

With 1.8 million views, Iron Reign: Season 1 have been in the fifth position of the list for 3 weeks in a row. Set in Barcelona, Joaquín Manchado has a cocaine smuggling business and rules the port Barcelona. However, an unexpected danger comes in his way. Directed by Lluís Quílez, the show stars Eduard Fernández, Chino Darín, Jaime Lorente, Natalia de Molina, Sergi López and Enric Auquer. The series has 10 episodes in total.

 

4. Bandidos: Season 1

Directed by Adrian Grünberg and Javier Ruiz Caldera, this Mexican series stars Alfonso Dosal, Ester Expósito, and Juan Pablo Medina. The show primarily occurs in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula. Bandidos features a quirky hustler who recruits a gang of skilled misfits inorder to find the treasure of the Snake King in the Maya Riviera. With a total of 7 episodes, this Mexican show has garnered 2.3 million views and has been in the fourth spot for three weeks in a row.

 

3. The Great Indian Kapil Show: Season 1

The Great Indian Kapil Show: Season 1 is an Indian talk show where comedian Kapil Sharma indulges in hearty conversations with celebrity guests. Over the years, the talk show has been extremely loved by netizens. The recent episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show featuring Rohit Sharma and Shreyas Iyer has taken the internet by storm. The first episode featured the amazing Kapoor family – Ranbir, Neetu and Riddhima , who arrived right on time for candid conversations accompanied with jokes at Kapil’s new airport cafe.

 

2. Physical 100: Season 2

A South Korean reality competition survival series on Netflix, created by MBC producer Jang Ho-gi, Physical 100 features 100 competitors with well-developed physiques. They face each other through various individual and team challenges which tests their strength, balance, agility, endurance, willpower and strategy. Participants are eliminated after quests and only one participant secures victory with a prize of ₩300 million. After the first season of this show gained immense success, Netflix witnessed the second season of the show. The show is available to be streamed right now on Netflix. It has garnered 4.2 million views and has been in the second spot for 2 weeks in a row.

 

1.Queen of Tears

Queen of Tears, the most buzzworthy show right now retains the #1 spot of Netflix’s Top 10 non-english shows for 4 weeks in a row, garnering 4.3 million views this week and counting. Written by Park Ji-eun, co-directed by Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won, the South Korean show has taken the internet by storm. The show premiered on March 9, 2024 on tvN. Queen of Tears is streaming worldwide on Netflix and is also available to be streamed on TVING in South Korea. The show will have 16 episodes in total and is streaming right now on Netflix.
