Uber announced the new service fees on its Uber Eats which has been started on March 18th and includes three types of fees.
The updated service fees of Uber Eats have three types that are considering when the users will need to pay an amount of fee. First, users will consider the distance of the selected restaurant and to the available nearby couriers. Second, the total of the user’s order amount will have an additional 15% for the service fees, but it is not applicable to restaurants that have their own delivery service. Lastly, the smallest order fees will only have an additional 10% or less and users will also have an option if they don’t want this fee, they will need to add more products.
The new service fees are covering delivery cost and manage couriers to deliver fast and reliably.
