According to the report of Dave Zatz, after the filing for trademark rights of August for its View last year, he finds out an image of the next smart doorbell camera.
The image of the new August smart doorbell camera was leaked online. Dave Zatz, a known leakster, posted on his Twitter account about the new device with a caption of “In case you missed it, the August brand is being reinvigorated and will debut this sexy new “View” doorbell cam.” Zatz added that August redesigned the upcoming security hardware which “hits all the right notes (visual)” because the company’s original entrants have a befuddling design for many homes.

August has not yet confirmed the leaked new device and its specs. The company has not yet announced the price and launch date of the doorbell camera. It was expected to introduce at CES 2019.
