WhatsApp has revealed the new features on its Group settings that will help users to announce important things easily.
The new features include “One-way broadcast”, where the creator or the owner of the group has the only ability to send messages to the group. The advantage of this, members will easily notify about the important events and announcements. The app has its option where all of the admins are the only ones who are capable to send messages when they select “Only Admins” in the Group Info caption.
WhatsApp added new feature that will help newbies in the group to know the purpose, guidelines, and topics for the group. The owner has the access to put information about the group. The users have an option to have protection on their accounts because the company also added a “Protection Feature” where the users will not added to the same group again when they left.
New features are now rolling out in both Android and iPhone devices. This is available globally.
