Apple’s WWDC has just kicked off and a seemingly minor (compared to their major launches) but important announcement has been reported by The Verge: the company is further bridging the gap between macOS and iOS by “making it easier to port iOS applications over to macOS,”
Over the years, Apple has finding new ways to connect their two main operating systems for users’ convenience. Even the newly-announced macOS Mojave will have features that can be ported into the iOS app versions.
Apple says they are still currently working on the project, but that users can expect the service between the software platforms to start rolling out at 2019.
